Est. E.C.C. Partnership LLC in 2020, Started as a Security Consultant Business that assists other Businesses with Security Technology.

In 2023 he began offering Physical Security Guard Services for a variety of clients in New Jersey. He oversees the daily functions of the company. Mr. Muhammad has over 15 years of Security Management & Law Enforcement experience. He spent two months in Little Rock Arkansas while working for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Police Department Training Center where he received enormous amount of training use of force, Firearms, and studied United States Constitutional Law.

In addition Mr. Muhammad has led teams of executive protection and security professionals and conducted security assessments and surveys, background checks, investigations, and interviews my purpose is to expand Nationwide and continue to create opportunities for all.

Chris Bates - Field Manager, He oversees the daily Field Operations conduct on the job training for all new hire personnel & facilitates our New Hire Orientation. He has over 30 Years of Loss Prevention experience, and has been tasked with many theft investigations throughout his tenure; he's also taken countless Retail Theft Prevention Training courses where he solved numerous cases.

Chris also worked as a Union Leader for 10 years fighting for member wages and rights on the job during this time he performed monthly meetings with his peers assigned to other work locations within his organization. He enjoys Latin Hustle Dancing & spending quality time with his family.

My name is Diamond Burchett and I am an exceptionally experienced and trained Public Safety Professional. I began my career in 1982 when I entered the Essex County Police Academy for instructional training to become an Essex County Correctional Officer assigned to the Caldwell facility.

In 1984 I entered and graduated from the Union County Police Chiefs Training Association. I then began a dual career by becoming a Security Manager for the largest contract security provider in the world. In 1985 I extended my professional portfolio when I entered employment with the City of Newark Housing Authority and was assigned to the Security & Police unit. I quickly rose through the ranks and retired in 2005 with the rank of Deputy Chief.

 I also have a enhanced experience in Executive Protection which afforded me the honor of protecting of high profile athletes, entertainers and religious entities. I have been providing security for houses of Worship for 33 years where I’ve provided traffic control, interior security training, Active Shooter instruction for large and small congregations. I am now in the twilight of my career but am excited with the opportunity to provide my experience, skills and training to ECC Partnership.

Mr. David Jones SR is a Louisiana Native, with a Southern Hospitality approach to the Industry. He is a unique security professional with over Decade in the Protective Business. Prior to getting involved in the Private sector, he continues to serve as a Junior Assistant Director of a Non-Profit Organization called “People Helping People”. An Outreach program that was created with the intention to service Low Income Families with providing Food, Clothing, Shoes, Furniture and so much more. 

Today Mr. D. Jones SR, is the Director of Operations with ECC Partnership, LLC (Philadelphia Region) where he leads/work with an All-Exclusive Security Team in the Philadelphia, Pa branch. Which is comprised of the Best of the Best Security Professionals, Active/Retired Law Enforcement and Military Personnel. Mr. D. Jones SR is also an active State Law Enforcement Officer in Pennsylvania. A few associations he’s member of are listed below:

Federal Order Constables, FOP Chester Co Lodge 11, Wholes Heal Out Loud (Non-Profit), MVP Protective Services Alumni, Six (Society of International Executive Protectors), NABA Protector. 

He's been granted the opportunity to provide training in the Self-Protection space for many Clients and Students as a Firearm and LE Bryna (Non-Lethal Launcher System) Instructor.

Mr. D Jones SR enjoys perfecting His Craft when it comes to Protecting His Clients and Citizens of Community. Participating in reality base trainings such as Advanced Combat Medic, Martial Arts, Risk Management Courses, FEMA, Advanced Executive Driving, De-escalating, Community Outreach and the list goes on. But most importantly, building a stronger Faith, Network, and spending time with his Family! The Foundation of Our Legacy must be tended upon with care through developing the minds of Our Children, and their Children.

Mr. Jones discovered his passion after becoming a Community Activist through his local Church/Outreach Program in his home state. His passion to serve his community required more than providing free food, clothing, furniture and housing to the overlooked homeless population.

Therefore, community service birthed a new interest for Protective Services within the Public Safety Administration. With
over a decade of comprehensive experience in the private sector, specializing in a diverse range of environments from retail to government security. Mr. Jones' career began in retail security, where he developed a strong foundation in loss prevention, customer service, and crisis management, leading to significant reductions in theft and improved safety protocols.

Transitioning to corporate and government services, He took on roles that involved managing security operations, investigations, conducting thorough risk assessments, and developing security policies. Jones has successfully trained and supervised security teams, coordinated emergency response plans, and integrated advanced surveillance technologies to enhance safety measures.

His approach is grounded in collaboration and communication, working closely with law enforcement and stakeholders to address security challenges effectively. Mr. Jones is dedicated to continuous improvement and staying abreast of industry trends, ensuring that he implements the best practices to protect assets and personnel in every role he undertakes.

Mr.Gerald M. Dial brings over 30 years of combined Public and Private sector Investigative experience. Prior to his current position. Mr. Gerald M.Dial has worked with various Law Enforcement Agencies and high risk tactical entry teams.

Mr. Gerald M. Dial's heart and main focus was community service and with this passion he Joined the City of Housing department and help form and train the City of Orange first Tactical response team in 1994. While working in the City of Orange Mr.Gerald M. Dial was a proud service member of the Official joint Newark and Orange Taskforce D.A.R.E. Band with a strong focus on the fight to educate young student on the dangers of drug and narcotics use.

Mr. Gerald M.Dial has worked with vast flagship security agencies throughout the Tri-State area and has served in the role of Assistant Director of security opposition for Prudential as well as Assistant Security Director for PSE&G G.S,O.C.

Mr. Gerald M. Dial has worked with the City Of Hoboken Housing Authority and Carried the rank of Sgt. Also he has earned his knowledge and experience through working with the Elizabeth Housing Authority, and as a Patrol officer for the City of Paterson Housing Authority. Mr.Gerald M.Dial has also served in key roles with HERMES, and GUCCI world headquarters Secaucus New Jersey. Mr. Gerald M. Dial is a graduate of the New York Paralegal Institute and has also attended the University Of Moscow Lomonsov Russia.
